Dana has Bachelors in Science and Health Nutrition from the University of North Florida where she also ran track and cross country for 2 years, competed in triathlons and worked for the Department of Health Promotions, educating and promoting health and wellness on campus. She did her Dietetic Internship at Emory University Hospital, Atlanta GA. She was an Activities and Fitness Director at Chateau Elan Private Sports Club. She has worked as a Life Time Fitness Dietitian, class instructor, personal trainer, and metabolic technician (6 years), and nutrition consultant for Service Foods Inc. an all-natural and organic shop from home grocery store specializing in meats, and produce (7 years), the lead Dietitian for the NAMED program (2+), which focuses on nutrition as additional treatment for those in addiction rehabilitation.  She is also a wife, mother of 3 and a "bonus mom" of 3,  that totals 6 kids!
