Lifemoves Studio Barre

This class is our signature studio barre format.  In one Barre class you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on the typical “problem areas” including the hips, thighs, glutes, abdominals and arms. By combining the principles of Pilates, Physical therapy, dance, Ballet, strength, and yoga, our Studio Barre class allows participants to achieve results in a low-impact class that protects your joints. Barre creates long, lean muscles without bulk by building strength, flexibility and a strong core.
By participating in a Barre class, you will have some “me time” and block out stressors of daily life, creating the energy and mind balance similarly obtained by practicing yoga or meditation. This class is a total body experience.
