How did you get into fitness specifically the formats you teach at Lifemoves like, yoga, Pilates, barre, dance etc.?

Dance is therapy. The best way to get rid of stress and frustration at the same time it’s just FUN! I realize how athletic I became off JUST dancing/cardio also exercise isn’t usually fun but dance cardio changes that. I can dance for a hour and burn just as much calories jogging a mile. Which one is more fun or you would actually enjoy doing??

What do you do for fun? (outside of exercise, etc.

DANCE!

Where is your favorite place? Why?

LifeMoves Studio! Where else!? – Because knowing it’s Wednesday/Saturday For Turn-Up Fitness my day is already that much better!

What are some of the most embarrassing things that have happened to you while teaching?

Forgetting what I was going to teach or forgetting the combo as we are doing it! It happens!! ahahaha

What is your favorite healthy food and/or drink?

Spicy Vegetarian Quinoa Chili (Organic, Healthy, Hearty, and Vegetarian) YUM!! & Core, Smart or infused Water (Lemon, lime, mint, cucumber etc.)  or Freshly Pressed Veggie Juice

What is your favorite treat food and/or drink?

This is a hard question because I just love food! ahahaha But I can’t start my day without my coffee!

How do you stay motivated?

I just keep my mindset on my goal and the fruit my goal will give, that itself is motivating. Knowing I’m going to put smiles on people’s faces and assist relieving stress/frustration is motivation in itself!

Do you have any life hacks that you want to share (specifically things that help you stay on track and make life easy)?

Life hack for being healthy/eating healthy: Completely clean out your fridge/cabinets/pantry and ONLY restock with fruits/veggies, water and healthy snacks. Sounds hard but quite simple.
