Lifemoves Double Detox- Reset your body and refresh your mind

This program is gluten and dairy free.  If you have additional allergy concerns please reach out to us and we can provide you with the supplement ingredient lists.  

Week 1- prep week

You will pick up your detox kit and follow our prep guide leading up to your cleanse start the following week, this includes shopping list and meal plan. You will also begin set your intensions, goals, complete the pre cleanse questionnaire and if applicable take your measurements.

Week 2- cleanse start week

You will officially begin your nutrition cleanse, following the list of approved foods, shopping guide and the supplement recommendations. At this time you will be building on your mindset and body image practice.

Week 3- final week of your cleanse

Continue to follow the cleanse meal plan, lifestyle and supplement dosages. Complete mindfulness weekly challenges and body image work.

Week 4- Transition week

We want you to feel empowered upon completion of the cleanse and detox program. We will help you transition back to your ideal lifestyle without hindering your results. You will also have developed strategies to maintain a mindfulness practice which will ultimately be the key to your success.
