Wendy Heath is 200 RYT through Yoga Alliance since 2011, a 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Goju-Shorei Weapons, and is CPR & First Aid trained. Yoga has been an inspirational part of her life since 2004 bringing much needed balance and flexibility into her personal fitness regimen as well as her personal life. Wendy enjoys sharing the gift of yoga by leading classes that are fun, safe, and accessible to every body and all levels. She hopes to create an environment that allows students to experience the value of yoga beyond the mat by incorporating a variety of 8 limbed yoga practices into each class. This may include essential oils, props, pranayama, meditation, and mantra. She has experience teaching Mixed Level Vinyasa, Kids Yoga, and Corporate Wellness. She is currently working to complete the requirements for 500 RYT, a 100 Hour Aryuveda Lifestyle Coaching Program, and training for her 6th Dan Black Belt.
