If you have not tried yoga because you are concerned about your lack of mobility, flexibility, stiffness, injury or age this class is for you. If you have seen pictures of yoga poses and thought to yourself there is no way I can do that, this class is for you. Gentle yoga is a non-competitive class that encourages you to be gentle with your body with a low intensity and restorative approach. The goal is to support your body's own healing functions while using necessary props like straps, blocks, bolsters, etc. for support. This class is great for newbies, pregnant women, injured or those looking for a recovery class. The goal of this class is to improve flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, while relieving stress and relaxing your mind.
