Mauri Berry is a Yoga Alliance RYT200-certified yoga instructor with a focus on Vinyasa yoga, a modern style of yoga that encourages a smooth transition between postures that links breath to movement. Mauri lives by the intention so famously quoted by Mahatma Gandhi, "Be the change you wish to see in the world," in both her daily life and yoga practice. Mauri has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and brings her love of the practice to Lifemoves Studio members.
