Private Parties at Lifemoves

Lifemoves Studio now hosting parties- birthday parties, girl’s night out, team building sessions and bachelorette parties in our beautiful studio space! We will help you design your special day with activities that bring out the best in you and your guests! 

Create your own special day by choosing from a combination of activities including:

Yoga  – Choose from a fun energizing class to restorative practice.

Aerial Yoga – Bring friends together for a special private aerial yoga experience led by our amazing instructors.

Pilates Reformer– Experience the Pilates equipment with your guest for a total body workout.

Barre- Get your barre on with an intense sweat session with your friends.

Dance it out with our amazing dance instructors, hip hop, salsa, ballroom, etc.

One Hour Party

Up to 5 people for reformer & aerial- $145

Two Hour Party                                              
Up to 5 people for reformer & aerial – $250
