Life moves Studio’s Drop a Dress Size Challenge is a 6 week behavior modification program focusing on nutrition, fitness and lifestyle.  We want our clients to look and feel their best and achieve long term results.  Enough yo-yo dieting, become your own expert through our nutrition and lifestyle coaching.  Below is a outline summery of our challenge.  The challenge is done virtually except local studio members will get measured on prep week and the last week.

Duration – 6 weeks (1st week is prep week)

Prep Week-

  • Measurements & pictures (front, side and back)
  • Complete Wellness Vision
  • Kitchen Questionnaire/ take before kitchen pictures
  • Meal plan serving guide
  • Daily and Weekly Checklist
  • Plan Meals/Recipes
  • Grocery Shop
  • Weekly Exercise Pledge

Week 1-

  • Core Supplementation Recommendations
  • Hydration
  • Metabolism Boosting Foods and Food Quality
  • Determine 3 short-term weekly behavior goals & Effort Award Winner

 

Week 2-

  • Macro –nutrients (protein/ fats/oils/ carbohydrates/ vegetables/fruit and sugar)
  • Determine 3 short- term weekly behavior goals (new if previous are mastered) & Effort Award Winner

Week 3-

  • Stress and Sleep- how to improve for weight loss and optimal health through lifestyle modifications
  • Determine 3 short – term weekly behavior goals (new if previous are mastered) & Effort Award Winner

 

Week 4-

  • Digestion and Detoxification. Learn how to determine if you are toxic and how to improve gut function for weight loss and optimal health.
  • Determine 3 short – term weekly behavior goals (new if previous are mastered) & Effort Award Winner

 

Week 5

  • Measurements
  • Review and adjust wellness Vision
  • Come up with post challenge plan
